What haven't we done!?
It really was an incredible and HECTIC month for us at T-Africa. From travelling hundreds of kilometers for training, conferences, services and still settling in our new offices, to complete COVID19 lock-down mode, working from home and sanitizing EVERYTHING!
Martie and Andre attended the TETA 2020 Workshop and we are proud to say that our Values and Standards are on point. The information and service we have received, was fantastic! Thank you TETA! We have also received some awesome goody-bags! Who doesn't like those?! :-)
Eugene and Dewald attended a COVID 19 Workshop at Molare, and had several meetings with some of SA's top Farms across South-Africa while initiating OHS quality management systems at our clients' premises! Well done guys! - Eugene and Dewald is still busy doing compliance work from their homes in Pretoria.
Newman, Melusi and Andre did training all over Gauteng and shared their incredible knowledge with the world! While not in training, our facilitators has gone out and done some marketing! Men of Many Talents! Thank you for your hard work guys!
In the meantime, Martie has developed our new Online Training Platform and we are extremely excited for our students to make use of this. We have had numerous requests from candidates that would like to train with us, but cannot get away from work, or they live in other countries.
We are thus pleased to inform everyone that our E-Learning Platform is now available for the public! Thank you for your long hours and hard work, Martie!

In light of all new information, facts and statistics, we would like to set our clients and students’ minds at ease and try to eliminate fear-driven anxiety.
We would like to present a COVID19 Workshop for you and your staff as soon as possible.
We believe knowledge is power, and with the new knowledge we’ve received, we think that we will be able to minimize anxiety, fear, sadness, and increase mindfulness, peace and productivity.
This Workshop will consist of:
• 30 Minute awareness presentation (client to decide on group size) and limited to 50 people per company.
• Risk assessment focused on the COVID-19 virus
• Written plan to deal with potential infection and control thereof.
• PPE analysis to limit infection.
• Non-Complex Design of awareness posters or notices A4

If you have insurance or medical aid: •Call your GP or the nearest blood lab to assist you. •Do not go before calling the medical team, so that they can prepare themselves to assist you on your arrival. This month is craaazy! Bookings are flooding in, we've since moved offices - and oh! What a BEAUTIFUL place it is! - We've also had some technical difficulties with our internet and phone lines, but NOTHING stopped us from achieving our goals. 🔥
We kicked this month off with plenty of Medicals for various companies. Hygiene Surveys went well, Safety files were implemented and put in place, Risk assessments were done, GAP analysis were conducted and our facilitators were barely in the office and mostly on the road.
The one time everyone was in the office, our monthly OHS exam was done and we're extremely proud of our staff for their results! Congratulations to Eugene, Andre and Martie for achieving 100, 98 & 97 respectively! It's FANTASTIC! Well done!
Eugene and Dewald is also busy with their ISO450001 implementation and busy attaining their degrees. T-Africa wishes both of you nothing but the best!
Our Admin & Finance team also had some of their own challenges. We've migrated to a new financial system, and may I say, accounts are running smoothly! Thank you Annemarie, Zelna and Martie for your long hours and hard work!
So far this month, we've trained and conducted specialized services at SAICA, Molare, Spar, Rula, Truworths, IJN, Danone, Highveld Powder Coating, Grundfos, GHB Farms, Obsideo Construction, BME, BQUE & Ruvil Construction.
