4) When will I receive my Certificate? After the COVID19 Lock-down. We do not currently have access to our equipment as our staff are working remotely from home.
5) When do I pay? Upon registration you will receive an invoice. Registration Fees for Safety Officer should be paid within 24 hours. Other courses should be settled within 24 hours after receipt of your invoice.
6) When will my facilitator contact me? A Facilitator will be assigned to you after we have received your proof of payment. He/She will make contact with you and provide you with Time-slots in which he will be available. He will also add you to a communication group (optional)
7) When will I receive my Training Material? You will receive your log in details to download your training material from our website upon receipt of your proof of payment.
8) When will I receive my Assessments? After studying your training material, you may contact your facilitator for your assessment. These are available in PDF formats that you can edit, so no printer is required. The big summative assessment will be written by you at your place of residence, on the editable pdf document but we will be strict in assessing it. There will be a time limit and plagiarism or copy and paste answers will not be allowed.
10) Where are you based? We are located in Centurion at Route 21 Office Park
11) Do you provide jobs after training? No, unfortunately not. You may contact a recruitment agency in your area for assistance with your Career.
12) Do you have bursaries available? No, but we do offer payment plans for the Safety Officer Course over three months. You will receive a payment agreement with your invoice which you can complete should you be interested.
